gallery Love Your Neighbor as Yourself

All the efforts to protect our health & families, reduce toxins in our environment, and protect the planet are futile if the people in this great country cannot get along. I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m tired of seeing Americans fighting Americans.  2016 is a time when we need to bond together as one nation under God. Like both the Dallas Mayor and Police Chief said last night, the leaders in every community need to come forward and help us stand together in peace. May we all find the courage to help one another and extend kindness instead of anger or violence.  No matter what our differences may be, in ideas, opinions, gender, religion, or skin color, we are all Americans and we are all neighbors who inhabit the same planet. It’s time to treat each other right.  This country will never be at its best unless we show each other simple courtesy. If not now, when?

Love thy neighbor as thyself, Mark 12:31

We must develop and maintain the capacity to forgive. He who is devoid of the power to forgive is devoid of the power to love. There is some good in the worst of us and some evil in the best of us. When we discover this, we are less prone to hate our enemies.
