The past two years post pandemic has been quite an adventure with our country and the world. Let me express my apologies for being absent in this Wecologist writing space. Life sometimes takes one away to do work that must be done and much work there has been. Now I am grateful to be returning here to bring things together.
There are so many things for us to discuss and work on. At this moment, however, I wish to bring to light a major issue that concerns the Sun. More specifically, it concerns our access to sunlight.
Sunlight without a doubt is instrumental in life. It brings us health, warmth, and energy. Without it plants wouldn’t grow. Sunlight signals hope and life, and it inspires and uplifts us all, especially in times of weariness.
Yet, despite these life giving properties, there is a movement occurring now that aims to reduce the flow of sunlight to the earth. It may sound incredulous, but I promise you there are strange things going on out there. One involves this notion that climate change can be slowed down by reducing the sunlight that reaches earth. At this time, governments and other organizations, and corporations around the world are actively pursuing methods that would accomplish this seemingly unobtainable task. They call it Solar Radiation Management, otherwise known as SRM. Other names they used in the past included Geo Engineering, Solar Geo Engineering, Solar Engineering.
Today, the stakes couldn’t be higher in our world. Economically, physically, mentally, nationally, and Environmentally speaking, we have a lot of work to do. Unless you’ve been living in a cave, you may have noticed peoples’ health is more in danger than ever– we’re talking physically and mentally. Endangered animals have been a concern for years, and risks are continually escalating. Do you think humanity is not affected by these same forces causing the elimination of our animal friends?
Cancer rates are rising in shocking numbers, younger people more than ever before are being hit by diseases that normally occur in their elders. Why is this?
For one, nutrition is compromised. The bedrock of human health, the foods of the past are not the food of today. Today, Food pollution is at an all time high, new untested compounds, chemicals and substances are being used to make and manufacture the food we eat.
Secondly, water pollution is out of control. No one talks about water filters enough. Any time you drink or cook , please use filtered water. There’s so much going into our water, it’s a wonder any one is healthy!
Thirdly, Air pollution has also hit the roof! In all these years of my writing, there’s one type of air pollution I haven’t spoken enough about here on the Wecologist site. I have however, finished a screenplay depicting the story of this threat facing us with this third type of air pollution. Maybe when that script transforms to the screen, this story will be easier to understand in all its absurdity and cruelty. In the meantime, let me try to explain it here.
THREE TYPES OF AIR POLLUTION
Air pollution has three main categories. Area one includes the main substances you hear about, those that contaminate the air quality so badly that it can harm our respiratory organs and cause lung disease as well as breathing difficulties and cancer. The second area concerns greenhouse gases and those that contribute to warming temperatures, and depletion of the ozone layer. Those prone to skin cancer beware. Oh, pardon me, I forgot– that’s all of us now. Many of these air pollutants can fall within both categories one and two.
The third area, though is far more mysterious and far less discussed openly. Though watch how this changes soon. Area Three concerns air pollutants that shade us and reduce the flow of light. These reduce our access to natural light, they limit sunshine. These types include sulfur dioxide nanoparticles and aerosols intentionally added to the stratosphere to reduce the Sun Light that reaches planet Earth. Of course, the masterminds behind the idea explain it as a method that will help the earth overall and not harm us too much, though no one knows what might happen should this be carried out extensively!
This my friends, truly presents a monumental threat and crime coming to the planet and to humanity. Sun Light is vital for life. It’s a fact that Plants die without sunlight. What happens to people? What happens to animals without sunlight? What will become of ecosystems and oceans around the world? How many days could we go without sunlight? I for one believe that we collectively have the power to stop this. “Getting aerosols to the stratosphere is another matter. Passenger jets routinely reach the lower stratosphere on transpolar flights. But to get efficient global coverage, aerosols are best deployed at low latitudes, where the stratosphere’s natural overturning circulation will carry them poleward and thus distribute them worldwide. The average height of the top of the troposphere is about 17 kilometers in the tropics, and models suggest injection needs to be a few kilometers higher than that to be captured in the upwelling stratospheric circulation. The altitude for efficient deployment is commonly assumed to be at least 20 kilometers, nearly twice the height at which commercial jets or large military aircraft cruise.
Although small spy planes can cruise in this very thin air, they can carry only one to two metric tons of payload. That would be insufficient except for small-scale tests: offsetting a substantial fraction of global warming—say, 1 °C of cooling—would require platforms that could deliver several million metric tons per year of material to the stratosphere. Neither rockets nor balloons are suitable for hauling such a large mass to this high perch. Consequently, full-scale deployment would require a fleet of novel aircraft—a few hundred in order to achieve a 1 °C cooling target. Procuring just the first aircraft in the manner typical of large commercial or military aircraft development programs might take roughly a decade, and manufacturing the required fleet would take several years more.” Read more at MIT

Q: Are these the same thing as Chemtrails or Cloud Seeding?
A: Cloud Seeding yes, and chemtrails, perhaps and most likely yes also. Though the official name for this study by governments is Solar Radiation Management.
