Soil, the heart of the earth brings us food and life.  Is food grown without soil missing something?  Can these foods really be called organic?  This article brings up some interesting points.  Despite mineral quality of the soil being diminished over the years, are foods grown in soil packed with more nutrients than foods grown in water?
