I've been passionate about organic agriculture since 1991 when I first started learning the dangers to our health from pesticides and chemical fertilizers. I had lost both of my parents to cancer by Christmas of 1990 and shortly afterwards dedicated myself to learning as much as possible about health and wellness as well as causes of disease.
Through the years I've become an avid researcher, wellness consultant, and home grown environmental epidemiologist you might say. I've been putting together a very extensive handbook that covers all I've gathered about food, nutrients, toxins and environmental health issues challenging us to the solutions that bring hope and health back into our lives. To support my writing endeavors, I founded Hippocrateas Organic Teas.
My education includes a B.A. in ecology from College of the Atlantic in Bar Harbor, Maine as well as Masters in Education from DePaul University in Chicago.
